The refrigerator is your best friend
You will be amazed at how the fridge can make your life easy and convenient. I often buy a week supply of grocery needs and store most of it in the refrigerator. This way, all the ingredients I need for making meals are within my reach. Sometimes, I store inside the meals that I make ahead to avoid taking up a long time of breakfast preparation.
Just remember that for safety’s sake, you must be aware of the storage times of the refrigerators and freezer as well. It is essential to know how long food can stay safe inside. Overnight oatmeal is an example of a quick meal that you can store in the fridge the night before. You do not need to prepare one in the morning.
Do you want to learn how to make it? The recipe is just simple.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
- Natural peanut butter
- Vanilla extract
- Maple syrup
- Unsweetened Milk
- Greek Yogurt
- Rolled oats
All you need to do is to whisk all the ingredients in a bowl. After blending it well, spoon it all into a jar and tightly seal the lid. You can refrigerate it in a few hours before eating, but I usually chill it overnight and serve for breakfast.
See below simple recipe for your guide.

- 1 ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup sliced cucumber
- ½ cup sliced avocado
- ½ jarred roasted bell pepper

This recipe is enough to make two sandwiches. Just spread mustard in each slice of bread and distribute the rest of the ingredients by arranging all on top of the bread. Close the sandwiches with the other slice of bread.
